Run away from this agent. The most rude, arrogant, disrespectful and unethical agent I've ever come across. No care for anyone. Even the tradesperson that came to do repairs commented on how horrible Lyn is to deal with. Did not answer emails when told water was running out of a ceiling light. Refused to question water bill when it was 3 times the normal amount. Spoke to us like garbage, sighed when we asked questions and would simply hang up on us when she felt like it. Gave exit report 3 days after the inspection and wouldnt allow us to go back and re-mop the floors (as she said they were slippery) and instead charged us for a cleaner to do it. horrible experience.
Most unethical agent I have come across for both tenants and landlords. If you are thinking about investing in a rental property or have one, don't have this Agent manage your property. Saw first hand where this Agent has led the landlord down the garden path to cause the property to fall well behind the market due to the lack of a sustainable maintenance program and total disregard for standard procedures.

The day we signed for the tenancy I had a feeling she was going to be a difficult landlord.We were property owners & chose to rent a property to be closer to work. we found her extremely rude, abrupt & disrespectful. We managed to stay renting from her for 2.5 years until the house sold & the new owners wanted to hike the rent up. we were in the process of moving out during a COVID lockdown & all my contractors cancelled on me, she would not give us any leeway to try & get everything done for the move. We managed to get out & got 100% of bond back. Now I'm trying to rent another property & as soon as they contact her my applications are rejected. I would love to know what happened in her life to make her such a miserable excuse for a human being. Don't under any circumstances rent from this woman, she will haunt you for years to come.
