I ordered a new 21.25 Ranger Wildtrack in October but my dealership or the Staff at Ford customer service cannot give me any details on the Wildtrak I'm getting as far as any changes from the 20.75 model to the 21.25 edition. The Ford Australia Website only gives me a glimpse of the upcoming Wildtrak X due in February which believe should be similar to the standard My 21 Wildtrak as it has been in the past but no one at Ford can tell me even though my vehicle is on a boat on its way to Port Kembla NSW.
Someone at Ford should be able to give me some answers. I must say I have not received very good customer service in this respect so far
Hi, my name is Leisa Smith, in 2011 we purchased a Ford Focus Sports, from the monent we purchaed this car we have had no end of trouble. i was told so much bull, it has been unbelieveable, from the service people to management, no one wanted to take responsibility, for this cars poor performance with the clutch issue it was having, it got to the point one had to become abusive to get anything done. we have been at most time very patient with the issues and tried to resolve them in a calm manner. but now we have been told that they do no wish to do anymore warrenty work on the car, the car needs to have the clutch replaced again. so we decided that we look into ford was doing the buy back on our car, so we went down that track and jumped through all of their hoops, only to be treated pooly again by this company. As the car was valued by our local dealer and a very low value as the car now has no value due to all it issues. then to add insult to injury we were ...read more
Highway robbery: my 4 year old Ford Mondeo needs a $14,000 transmission replacement. These shameless people bring the product cycle down to 4 years as the repair would be worth more than the car. The ACCC is suing them over transmissions and there is a class action against them too. Stay clear of Ford.
Same boat. We have had a clutch replaced at cost of $3400, now the car is back at auto tranmission mechanic with another unknown issue (wont even drive). I have written to the ACCC, so I'll see what they say.
My partner and I have a Ford Focus Ambiente that was bought new from the dealership. It has been nothing but trouble. It shudders while driving, it over-revs, it has weird gear flashing/ changing and it bunny hops like a learner driver in a manual (this car is an auto). It has had multiple clutches and clutch assemblies replaced. It has had mulitple transmission repairs/ replacements. It has broken a drive shaft (i'd imagine the it was caused by undue stress fromt the transmission).
The customer service has been awful. Even little things like the capped price services-- they're literally never 'capped'. The car has been repaired many times under warranty and im always assured that I won't have any more faults. Yet they replace parts with the same faulty parts. There is never any hint of an apology. ...read more
Good morning Mr Graeme Whickeman,
I have lodged official Complaints in regards to "Customer Service" "Warranty" " Customer Satisfaction" all of which it seems don't exist.
After addressing Letters to Stephen Cruk, Titan Ford Principal Tony Elias (where I bought Ranger) and MID COAST FORD Taree Principal. Not one of these people have responded, rather passing it off to someone under them to deal with.
I've had and made several calls to all three above mentioned, not once have I spoke to a principal.
My issue started with firstly a Clutch problem that had been already been fixed twice, the clutch clunks hard, a steel on steel sound and vibrates at ...read more
I am having problems with a Ford Focus as well. Replaced clutches and transmissions as well as faulty computers and broken drive shafts. Terrible customer service and zero accountability .
