Today I rang this practice to ensure they had a Hicaps Machine for Private Health Insurance and if their dentist that was a preferred provider was definitely at this practice. I spoke with Ann who is apparently the practice manager and asked her for a starting price for a single tooth extraction, which started at $155 and can go up depending on the quality of the tooth and gum etc. I have thanked Ann and said sorry, my dentist only charges $90 per tooth. My tone was in hope to offer advice on what is available elsewhere and trigger her interest. Ann has patronised me and simply said 'I don't think so'. This has offended me as I said to her that I know this for a fact as that is exactly what I paid for two wisdom teeth to be extracted. She has been quite rude and I've been offended.
