Forest Lakes Medical Centre

This is the best medical centre I have been to. No long waiting times, good staff at reception and caring doctors.

Admittedly, my review is based on only one walk-in visit, but the experience was all good. My interaction with the receptionist, nurse and doctor were all very friendly and professional. I believe that people who complain about waiting times should try to find a practice that runs on time (and then tell the rest of us). Wait times have many causes (including patients taking too long to explain their problem to the doctor) and will obviously be cumulative throughout the day, so if you don't like waiting, book an early appointment. The care I received was second-to-none. I will definitely go back and will recommend the practice.

Everyone is excellent at this practice. My family and I have been attending for three years and never had a problem with any of the staff. I find the reception staff to be prompt and efficient, I'm not a "fluffy" person myself so maybe that's why I'm happy with the way I'm dealt with. Maybe some people need more "fluff". But I've certainly never found them rude.

I have attended this surgery for well over 15 years now. Not once have i ever had a rude staff member. I'm shocked to read such negative stuff about the admin staff. My entire family attend this medical centre the doctors here are outstanding. The staff all of them are amazing hence why i have stayed a client and my family members stay as clients. As i said we have made this our family medical centre for over 15 years and i wouldn't go anywhere else. They are the best! All of them admin, nursing and doctors....

All the reviews here are accurate, much to my surprise. The doctor was great, but the staff were rubbish. I won\'t go there again except to see that one doctor. Not worth the aggro. There is one staff member in particular who was very rude. I arrived 15 mins early and still waited for 40 mins. I think there are simple ways to solve this. It\'s just that the staff can\'t be bothered to alert doctors. When I arrived I was very polite to this particular staff member, but I was struck by how cold the staff was. Like a robot. Later when I asked why it was taking so long, the staff was again very rude. No apology in sight. I decided enough was enough and I was rude instead. I told the staff off. Sometimes you have to put people in their place.
