Forever jewellers

My fiance and I visited the Forever Jewellers Rouse Hill store today to try on wedding rings. We were the only people in the store for the duration of our visit. When we walked in the shop[ assistant had headphones on which he took off and said hello. However, that was as far as the service extended. He did not approach us and when we were obviously looking at him waiting for him to respond, he then started going through the computer in front of him, trying very much to look engrossed in what he was doing, pulling faces, etc. We decided we would rather take our business elsewhere and ended up spending a few thousand at another jeweller in the shopping centre who provided much better service.

I am absolutely thrilled with the ring they delivered. After listening to what I wanted - they sourced a perfect stone overseas as couldn't be found here- and replicated perfectly a design I gave. So much patience and understanding. I couldn't be happier ! I'm surprised the other reviewer didn't have the same experience.

Avoid!!
I went to get a engagement ring made. Was promised the world. They didn't deliver. 10 times I had to go in. 3 different rings were apparently made.
The sizing was the wrong 3 times, they remade the ring because they didn't want to resize the original ring I proposed with and the remade ring wasn't even the same design as the first ....
They talked down at us and are very rude (after you have paid over money).
I'm writing this because this caused us a lot of stress and upset.
Thankfully it didn't wreck the proposal or the engagement, but this was a very bad experience when it was meant to be beautiful.
