I placed a sympathy order 5 weeks ago and today recieved a packet of M&M's saying "how sorry they were for and frustration and dissapointment I felt while placing my order". This was the first i knew that my order had not been placed/delivered. I find this, not only distressful for myself but also for the family that was supposed to recieve the gift.
