Formal Finish Dry Cleaning

After 10 years of using this service, the first time I struck a problem - not being notified when an item couldn't be cleaned, resulting in it not being available for a special event when I turned up on the agreed date to get it - and asked to be notified of any problems in future, I was told "no", argued with, told I was wrong. No work had been done, no money owed, just for a docket for an item that I couldn't find and was too upset to stop and look for. Unbelievable.

My experience was shocking! Of the 14 shirts I had dry cleaned 7 were given back to me with new irreversible stains on them that had not previously been there. One of the stains was nearly 10 cm big! 3 of the shirts were totally spoiled so that there was no way of wearing them anymore, I had to throw them in the rubbish. Another shirt was handed to them to have a small ball point pen mark cleaned and the mark was still there entirely unchanged. So, I'm really wondering what they do to the laundry you take there. However, the climax of the disgust is the manners of the staff! I have never experienced such a rude service before! Instead of apologising for having 50% percent of my shirts spoiled and offering a discount they even started a big argument and blamed me for having brought shirts with stains already being on them!
