Would highly recommend Matt and his team of courteous tradies. Very professional, punctual, and reasonably priced, even sticking to quote after finding unexpected problems. More than happy with service and final result.

The intermediate posts of my pergola started rotten about 2 years ago so I hired a tradie to replace the timber posts. However the replaced posts were slanting and they lead all pergola timber Gable frame to be crooked gradually because of the tradie’s inappropriate work.
We were lucky to meet Matt from Formatt Building Services to fix this big problem. Matt and his team players used acro props to hold ridge firstly, and then straightened the intermediate posts, replaced two huge rafters/trusses, got rid of the short single collar ties by replacing three pairs of long double collar ties, and even added extra vertical strut. Of course we got the new pergola ceiling and ridge cap as well.
All the process was professional and the work was great!!! And the price was very fair.
Thanks guys and my pergola can last another 15 years.
