I am super impressed with how the guys sorted my problem. I had a dodgy trailer bought on the internet and the wheel burn out causing major damage. The guys were so helpful in explaining what was wrong and how to fix it, and the price was good...As my brake controller unit was stuffed after the accident, I decided to buy a new car and they even managed to pulls some strings with connections to help me out with a good trade in...I would never use another mechanic again after their professionalism...it is a rare find, to deal with people of this calibre. Nina the receptionist was even kind enough to write an email explaining what had caused the problem, so I could follow it up with the idiot who built the trailer and nearly killed me and others....Thank you so much. Like most people, did not feel confident doing electrical work on my car myself. Headlight swaps needing repinning to fit the 2 socket clips.
- they said they couldn't do it (did it myself and found it was a simple task) after having the car for 3 days in the shop
- didn't put the front body back on and it came off. Needed to put that back on myself
- damaged the headlights and the paint on the car
Would not recommend, go to a reputable one!!!
Been a Female it is hard to find a mechanic that I can trust how ever these guys were very nice and explained what was wrong with my car and quoted me to fix it before they did the repair and their were no unexpected costs when it was time to pay and collect my car. They even went to the extent of showing me the old part that was broken.
Great service and pricing and respect for ladies. Will be going to them from now on.
