Forrest Electrical Group

It's incredible that every time Luke Forrest sends someone over to our place they're always awesome. I think we've met four or five different staff members now and they're all polite, on time, highly capable and professional. It's great to have finally found a reliable sparky. Wish I had the equivalent of Luke for every trade in my contact list.

Excellent communication, the best we have received as a property management department. Rates are competitive and keys are collected and returned when advised. Refreshing to deal with an electrician that is so professional. Highly recommended.

Excellent customer service, punctual and tidy workmanship.

Unfortunately we had very poor customer service and worse outcomes from Forrest Electrical Group. Their work on our project was shoddy and much of it had to be re-done - sometimes a couple of times. We found them to be incompetent and unprofessional despite being very expensive when compared to the rates of other electricians. There are great electricians in Brisbane who provide quality outcomes, are competent and provide good customer service - unfortunately in our experience Forrest Electrical Group is not one of them. I would encourage potential customers to exercise caution before engaging this group for their home or business electrical work.

Forrest Electrical Group were very understanding and responded asap when I requested a safety check on our light fittings after one had crashed to the floor in my child's bedroom. Because of their professionalism and reasonable prices I then booked them in to reprogramme our c-bus - for which they did a fantastic job.
