Im writing on behalf of my mother and her friends that stayed at the Forster Palms Motel for their recent trip away. It was Christmas in July and a time for them to really enjoy themselves and celebrate. They have to save for a long time to go on their seniors tours and were looking forward to it so much.

We thankyou for your comments and are sorry if you did not enjoy your holiday. We strive to do our best to please all of our guests but this is not possible sometimes.
Our rooms are serviced on a daily basis except when the guest request that it not be done which happens on a regular basis when we have guests on a Senior Tour.
If we are notified and made aware of any special dietery requirements, we make it a priority and are more than happy to accommodate and ensure that these are available for the guest.
Looking back through the Visitors Book, which we encourage our guests to write in, there are only favourable comments noted.
I was on a privately arranged coach trip with 48 other people travelling by coach. We had booked 6 nights. At no time during this time were our rooms serviced in any way, and I mean "in any way whatsoever".

Our rooms are serviced on a daily basis unless we are requested not to do so by the guest which occurs on a regular basis by people on a senior tour.
We strive to do our utmost to ensure that our guests have an enjoyable stay with us but this is not always possible.
We always take note of these comments and use them as a means to improve our service for the future.
My husband and I rang (quite late) ahead to book a room for the week at Forster Palms Motel we were still about 2 hrs away from arriving but Jackie stayed open until we arrived and made our stay a very enjoyable one we cannot recommend this Motel highly enough the rooms are very comfortable and the service is of the highest quality.
