Forsyth Park Medical Centre
Is an accredited bulk billing practice and is dedicated to providing the highest standard of medical care to the local community.
It is a purpose built medical centre designed for the comfort and ease of access for patients. There are no ramps or stairs and the front door is automatic. This makes the practice easily accessible for prams, the disabled and the elderly. Toilet facilities are provided for the disabled. We have a large car park with approx. 53 spaces including 2 disabled car parks.
We have two well-equipped treatment rooms for minor procedures and emergencies. Our waiting room is large with multiple televisions displaying patient information and entertainment, it also includes a children�?�¢�¯�¿�½�¯�¿�½s play area.

Quite disappointing receptionist(Evelyn),today i had appointment with Dr Kirsty Tamis whom i used to see for last five years.I had an appointment at 14:20Hrs toady(28Apr23),i arrived at 14:33 because of heavy rain and traffic.Receptionist started shouting without listening to me that i will have to pay $40 cancellation fees first.I requested her to allow me to talk to doctor for 1 min as i got some critical issue to discuss and this doctor knows my medical History for last 5 yrs.
I ended up paying $40 cancellation fees whereas it happened several times that i arrived ontime and doctor keeps me waiting more than 40mins which she covers with similey face and a word SORRY..i felt very low the way receptionist talked to me
I have had the same GP for many years , and I have always remained a patient throughout his different moves in practices. He's a fantastic GP , But ALL of the staff at FORSYTH ROAD MEDICAL CENTRE are lovely. The reception staff are wonderful and always greet you with a smile , they're extremely helpful and courteous. I've also had the pathological department nice and handy, being on the same premises, they also are lovely, Friendly and reassuring .
I've needed the services of a female doctor , AGAIN , lovely and easy to talk to!
It's great having all these services under one roof, and I would highly recommend anyone requiring a medical facility FORSYTH ROAD MEDICAL CENTRE is the best !
