Fort Lytton is an amazing place. I'd consider it as one of Brisbane's hidden gems. So much history and great architecture here, but also a great little spot to get away from the city and just wonder around.
They have a little museum there and you can also get a free guided tour to go around the forts and bunkers.
They're open to the public on Sundays, but may be accessible other days by appointment.
