Fortuna Buffet

They've clearly gone for quality over quantity at this buffet. Usually I'd say that was great - and there are some highlights like all you can eat oysters, never seen that before at a buffet, and a couple of the dishes like the Thai mussels were tasty enough that I would pay for them alone.
Unfortunately there were also some fairly average tasting dishes. The range of desserts especially was less than at a cheap buffet - and a soft serve icecream machine is pretty 80's.
All you can drink soft drink is good, but anything else to drink was ridiculously expensive.
Probably the reason I was disappointed primarily was that at $40 per head quality should be quality, not second best. It wasn't enough to get me back.

I came here again for a good friends big 30th Birthday celebration and we had the whole top level booked for the celebration. The service was good and pleasant and the hot food selection was great. Quite tasty and freshly made. I don't eat much seafood but they do have a nice seaffod range as well. The only thing I wish they would make better or have nice selections of would be the desserts

Adelaide Casino has a new buffet! Very spacious, plenty of seating and friendly, helpful staff. As for the buffet variety, there are a lot of seafood options and also non-seafood options. The food itself was nice and tasty but not wow, amazing. I am a big dessert fan but the dessert options didn't stand out to me much either. All-in-all, the food and buffet was nice but I probably wouldn't come back again on my own account unless I had to. I am not too big on buffet's, but certainly a place to give a try if if you do like all you can eateries.
