Fortune World Travel

My family's booked flights to India using this travel agent of 5 people Agent name - Gaurav. He did not listen to our food requirements and did not include the preference on our bookings. Hence we were not given any meals on the plane and had to stay empty stomach for our 9hr plane journey.
This is really disappointing considenting that we were travelling with a baby of 1yr old and due to the agents mistake we had to suffer & now the agent woun't respond to our calls. Very bad service quality from this agency.
Do not recommend for anyone!

I booked family tickets with Fortune World recently. I specifically informed that I was looking for an airfare for approx $1150-1200.
After much negotiation, they offered me airfare of $1250 per adult and $1050 for kids.

However the adult airfare was $1300 and kids airfare was only $960 which """I only found out after I printed e-receipts from Airline Website""

Really bad company to deal with. Just to change the date, they were asking for more than $800. Aftab was the person I was dealing with and he kept on scaring me by continuously giving me a higher price for date change. I would never recommend anyone to use this company to book their tickets. Worst company ever I have come across.

Cheap service, not Cheap price!
More than five days since booked and paid for my flight. Received itinerary with misspelled name. Documents provided, Still waiting for e-ticket.
