One of my go to place for yumcha, there are no trollies of food circulaing the room but there are staff who brings trays out or a menu for you to choose. The food here are nice and fresh, on weekends they tend to get packed out and may cause delays, since the original chef moved on the food has less flavours but its not too bad.
get in early or suffer the waiting line .....
