My husband and I recently purchased a $5500 bed from this store, they were nice as pie to start off with, but they lied about their return/refund policy, issued us with a faulty mattress, brand rep came out and said was faulty, then the salesman told us we could get a replacement and if we wernt happy with the replacement we could get a full refund. So we accepted a replacement , paid more for it! now the manager is saying they won't retund as were are not happy and they've lied to us! customer service is terrible once you have an issue, store manager is extremely rude, state manager wont even help. company is full of bullies, I will tell everyone I know not to deal with this company. DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND SHOP ELSEWHERE
