Forty Winks

2 months after the purchase of a $5000 Bedroom suite from 40 winks dandenong our mattress collapsed. 40 winks had the manufacturer come out and we were told they used the wrong gauge wire in this particular run of mattresses. Upon 40 winks advice we gave them a chance to repair it on the proviso that if it wasn't good after the repair they would replace it for another brand and we would make up any difference in price. It came back no better. The management pretty much said it's been repaired maybe you should have bought a more expensive mattress. They had the nerve to tell us if we came in they would look after us on price. So I'm left with a bad mattress and bad back. 40 winks dandenong have no business ethics no after sales service they stand behind their suppliers and not behind their warranty. I will never deal with this store again. All I wanted was what I paid for a firm mattress. Companies like this don't deserve customers
