Was refreshing/insightful/educational to get a full run-down on their bedding range from Wayne. Whilst I didn't buy on the spot, when i make a decision I will be returning back to him. Would recommend anyone spend the time to visit store and ask for him. Not pushy, honest and a real pro!
Disgraceful, dishonest and most pathetic store owner & staff and as for the so called state manager of customer service.. Forget it! This company will NEVER get our business ever again & my daily goal is to tell as many people to steer away from them. Can't wait to drive past one day & see the business gone .. Customer service non existent, happy to sell to you but don't want to know you re after sales service. Every review about this store & the staff is the same. Beware stay well away
Just unforgivable, 40 winks. Everything is wrong with customer service. Buy a bed and you get a mattress. Think you are getting casters and get gliders that do not move on carpet. Be told repeatedly you will be phoned and it does not happen. Why treat customers like this? The communication is the problem - ensure people know they are getting a mattress not a mattress and base; ask what the floor covering are and for goodness sake, call back when you say you will. It has been beyond disappointing and I would not recommend this shop as there is something seriously wrong with its operation. It is not anyone person. It is a pattern across all departments.
Shocking customer service. We spent alot of money on bedroom furniture and when my wife rang up to have something repaired that was delivered damaged and enquired about the timeframe, the management told her 'We don't have a crystal ball, I have no idea'. She subsequently rang back about yet another problem and we are still waiting to hear back. That was about 2 months ago.
I bought a bed on the basis the staff promised me delivery in 1 week. After 2 weeks had passed, I followed up with a phone call and was advised by the staff that they would check with their distribution centre and call me back. I never got a call back. I called again the following day...and again was given the same excuse and never got a call back. The staff were very quick to sell me the bed, bad delivery time frames and their follow up service was shocking. Never again will I be buying from Forty Winks-Hawthorn
