Got what we thought was a great deal on a sleep sense gel mattress. First time buying a brand new mattress, were very excited. Told by the assistant that the mattress we were trying would be a little firmer in our house, than the air conditioned show room. Slept on it for the first night and knew it was too soft, asked if we could return it and exchange. They said we needed to use it for 30 days and then they would change over. 30 days later they said we could purchase another mattress, it would have to be purchased for retail price and made it as difficult as possible to make the return happen. Wasn't prepared to throw good money after bad and won't be visiting again.
I got a great bargain on my mattress and the sales consultant threw in 2 free pillows. I went on holidays for a few weeks and then phoned to arrange delivery of my mattress. The lady said she could have it to me the next day. Surely enough the next morning I was contacted by the delivery crew first thing. Prompt service and friendly staff.
