Bad customers service.
I will lodge a complaint to Australian Fair Trading against them.
I bought $3600 bed including side tables and a chest table with mirror more than 10 days ago but we found the mirror was broken when their installation team opened the box. They called the management and told them about it and promised me to replace it in two days. With their poor customer service they kept telling me about an imaginary person from the manufacturer would call me next day and would send a new one. No one has ever called. The mirror still on the floor in my bedroom and I'm afraid that someone will get hurt by it because it heavy and big.
I the forty winks staff care about us they would send someone at least to pick it up because I can't fit it into my car.
I will never recommend this store to anyone because with their high prices they deliver a bad customer service.
