Forward Thinking Psychology offers a range of psychological services to adults, youth and couples at Bella Vista. There are 3 Registered Psychologists in the practice; Melissa Dale (Principle Psychologist), Melissa Hill and Pravania Sharma, all of whom have extensive experience in working effectively with clients in private practice. This experience is further informed by their work history with NGO?s, State Health, University Counselling Services and within Corporate settings.

Our psychologists are committed to ongoing professional development. We have experience in a range of therapeutic modalities that include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution Focussed Brief Therapy (SFBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), Emotion Focused therapy (EFT) and Family Systems therapy for family work and couple therapy, Psychodynamic Self Psychology for longer-term presentations and self-development work and Trauma Focused Therapy.

? We are able to offer appointments during weekdays, evenings and Saturday mornings. No waitlist
? Our fees are $160 per hour (with Medicare rebate of $84.80)
? Concessions on fees may be available in some circumstances
