Useless. Never use them. They do not take mental illness seriously, I tried to contact them several times and not once did they respond until I got angry at them. They upped my $53 repayments to $66 without my knowledge then Asked me to send through my medical records to prove I'm mentally unstable. They do not help. If you can't afford or you are struggling they do not help you or take you seriously and will most likely ignore your emails for weeks until you start getting aggressive. I made several comments I was suicidal and struggling with the course and struggling to afford it and all they can say is what do you want us to do? I agreed to pay so nothing can be done. They don't understand that stuff changes and happens and life gets in the way. I would rather kill myself then to ever use this company again.

I have had a very bad experience with this company. Poor course structure and loads of paperwork just to do the Certificate IV in School based education support. I would rather enrol in a teaching degree than wasting time and money on this course. Worked so hard to complete all assessments but when it came to finding a work placement I was on my own. I thought they would assist students finding placement and also have someone supervise us at the school. I knew it was impossible to complete this course so I gave up and requested them to waive the remaining amount but this company made sure they took each and every penny owed plus gave me so much stress. Please save your time and money and DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM OR ELSE YOU WILL LOCKED IN PAYING $4000 PLUS MORE. One regretted student here Sharing my personal experiences.
Arooj I am enrolled in the same course, currently on placement with no idea how I'm going to get all this paperwork done. It's all because they are too lazy to go out to the students placement and mark them off in person.
How am I to expect teachers to go out of their way to go through all this paperwork.
And no student forums for all of us to connect and help each other. Which would probably be much more helpful than their overworked staff who are struggling to answer phone calls, call back or even mark y the work we submit.
It's ridiculous.
I hope you do finish your course though. Don't let them tarnish this wonderful work.
