Foundation Finance Services is our locally owned and operated family business.

Originally specalising in Commercial Equipment Finance, we have now expanded our business to include HOME LOANS, as well as a wide variety of other Mortgage products. Customer Service is our focus, we offer the personal service you deserve.

Established in 2000 (formerly Mainland Finance Gunnedah), Foundation Finance has a wide variety of lenders available to you (including the big 4 banks) to suit your particular circumstances.

If your current bank said "no", that does not always mean to give up, Foundation Finance work for you to ensure your application for finance is submitted with every little detail included, giving you every possible chance of a "YES". We know what needs to be done, and make sure it happens, because it's our business and we're in it for the long haul.

To arrange a loan for you, we do not charge an upfront fee, instead your chosen lender pays us a fee when your loan has settled.
