One of my favourite cafes in Surry Hills I cannot believe I haven’t written a review yet!

This little café has it going on with both breakfast and lunch menus being on point. Each time I’ve been here I haven’t had an issue getting a set or table, despite this café constantly getting 5/5 in professional restaurant reviews. Their food is somewhat healthy, humble and oh-so tasty and their staff are super friendly and attentive. My absolute favourite breakfast item is the French toast which comes with a little surprise banana filling on the inside and presented as good as it tastes.

The café itself might be limited on space, but the inside runs long and they have some cool communal tables with pillows galore to make sure you are comfy. Also if you're on a tight budget, don't even stress.

Old timer with a lot of local love for good reason- good coffee good brunch. However was a little annoyed at the new waitstaff for making us wait exactly till doors opened at 9am... Even though we arrived at 850am on a weekend to meet an out of town friend. By the time 9am got there, the line was so big we didn't get a seat. Very disappointing, we had to scramble to another cafe (and find new parking!!) elsewhere.

This place is the bomb. Straight up.
