management like these people should not be in a business that deals with the public. We had a wedding in the reception centre next door and when we came back to the room the card to open door wouldn't work so we had to unfortunately had to wake management up to get us in once opened the door with the new card management then threw the card at our feet and stormed off absolutely disgusting. Would never recommend staying there. I wouldn't let them look after my dog.
