Foxton Park is set on eighty acres (30 acres of forest) in Wildes Meadow, near Robertson approximately 1 ½ hours drive from Sydney, in the Southern Highlands.Welcome to breath-taking scenery, spectacular waterfalls and rainforest in National Parks. There's picturesque farmland with winding country lanes. Rugged, rainforest escarpments provide some of the best natural scenery Australia's great dividing range has to offer. The original cottage named 'Binnowee' was formerly owned by media gardening personality Don Burke. The homestead has been renovated as a farmstay and offers fully self contained accommodation. There are 3 bedrooms configured to sleep 10. Quality, feather down doonas and comfortable bedding are a pleasure. Modern conveniences including flat screen TVs will satisfy the whole family.
Binnowee means green place and the owners have created a wonderful green oasis in which to relax and enjoy.
Explore the rainforest or play tennis. Children will love the resident cows and alpacas and the sprawling meadows that form part of this impressive property.
We are easy to get to - under 2 hours from Sydney and Canberra, 45 minutes from Wollongong, 25 minutes from Kangaroo Valley and 20 minutes from Bowral.
One of the claims to fame of the region is that the original 'Babe' movie was filmed in Robertson, a quaint country town with rolling hills located next to Wildes Meadow.
