The management of this company has no idea what the term Customer Service means. Luckily for us we have dealt with one of the employees - who provides excellent customer service. We are 2 years into a 5 year contract and the company cannot provide us with updates for our machine. Too bad for us....we have to continue to pay even though we cannot use the machine as it is supposed to be used as it requires the latest Australia Post updated. Very sad when the management of a company will not respond to customer complaints. The management staff has care factor 0 for us as they have already received the 5 year contracted payments up front. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
