After dealing with Frameit International for the past 2 weeks I have to say Im more than disappointed in your service and highly frustrated with the way you have dealt with me. After receiving my framed Jersey that was carelessly placed in its frame I asked for you to come back pick it up and fix it as you also gave it back to me with dust marks on it. You had every excuse under the sun and I let it slide, I even took the jersey back and cleaned it Myself. You told me you would pick it up and drop it off the same day after fixing it, I then got an sms advising it will not be dropped off until Monday & Have a nice weekend I was infuriated by your bad customer service, it took for an argument for you to agree to bring the jersey back to me same day. No way that I would ever refer anyone to you, especially with items that have sentimental value.
