Never going back to framing doctor again. I went to the one in tuggeranong, the lady who worked there was quite nice but the service was terrible.
I think all up I waited over 2 months for my order to be done. I asked for my print to be mounted and I had to keep calling up or coming back into the store to ask for the status of the order. I kept getting excuses for why it wasn’t done yet with no ETA. Even when I was told when I would receive it back they never called me about it - I had to call them. Wish I read the reviews before I ordered! I have now been waiting more than 6 weeks and still haven't received my fully paid for order. So much for satisfaction guaranteed! When you order online you expect that the materials put up for selection are in stock, so what's with the delays guys?
Another 2 months have gone by. No goods supplied and no refund. This is what you get for ordering online.
