Work they done was okay but absolutely poor service. When I took my art work in and discussed the delivery option (as my car is small) I was advised by Shane who I booked it with that delivery would not be a problem due to how big the art work was and we lived only 5km away from the shop. 2 weeks after they call me to come pick up the art. When I asked Shane when they could deliver he carried on how they are a small family owned business and they dont really do deliveries that I would need to get it organised. Not sure how something so simple can change in 2 weeks. Although there work was okay I would never bring my business back to them just because of there customer service. I guess its just one of those businesses that make promises to get your money and not follow through with it. Good luck guys 1 less customer that will not be returning-hope you improve your customer service as great service gets repeat business.
