I have used Frances Fraser Makeup on two occasions. Each makeup session used different colours and techniques as one was a day time and the other a night time function. She got to know me and ensured my personality shined through and left me feeling glamorous and confident. I highly recommend Frances. She is professional and thorough in what she does.
