I didn't really enjoy my experience at Frank Basile.
The studio was clean and well presented, but I wasn't pleased with the particular hair-dresser I had. The staff was quite young (and maybe not too experienced?), but I found that the staff was very quiet and shy, and I didn't feel like they listened to what I wanted. Firstly, I asked for a rough quote before they started on my hair, and then at the end it ended up costing me over $50 extra! It was a lot more than I would normally pay for a cut and colour, so I was disappointed when the result wasn't really what I wanted!
I don't think I'll be returning to this hair-dresser.
