I can’t thank Stephen enough for his professionalism and assistance in helping my partner and I buy our first property. Stay well away from this firm - they have limited if any professional sales staff and and zero people skills. My interaction with them and their management has been nothing but poor. Save your self time and money and seek another agent in the area

Stay so far away from this Real Estate Agency. Had a listing with them that so dismally failed it wasnt funny. I lost $1000's, something very suspicious going on there. I only used them to sell as I purchased from them.

Recently taking over our investment portfolio, he has excelled, at his level of professionalism, attention to detail and efficiency. Stephen manages our properties (5) as if they were his own. We made a mistake using them as our property leasing agent, very unprofessional. It is clear they didn't do a proper tenant check up as two out of three tenants ended up not paying and even with rental default insurance, we never get compensation, we just simply didn't hear back from Frank Gordon. The post rental bill was excessive and unreasonable with $1100 for cleaning, $300 for a small cupboard repair, $350 for BBQ removal which btw if they have the courtesy to ask we would rather keep.
