I can’t thank Stephen enough for his professionalism and assistance in helping my partner and I buy our first property. As an interstate buyer the whole purchasing process was proving to be a bit harder than we had expected until we met Stephen. He took his time in explaining the benefits of each property he took us through without applying any pressure and followed through with everything he said he would do while also going above and beyond to help us out.

We cannot speak highly enough of Stephen Yue and his team at Frank Gordon Real Estate. Recently taking over our investment portfolio, he has excelled, at his level of professionalism, attention to detail and efficiency. Stephen manages our properties (5) as if they were his own. He advises on maintenance, gives accurate market appraisals and as a result due to running a highly effective marketing and advertising campaign, can re-let a property with astounding results. Securing quality tenants promptly (saving us time and money).

We made a mistake using them as our property leasing agent, very unprofessional. It is clear they didn't do a proper tenant check up as two out of three tenants ended up not paying and even with rental default insurance, we never get compensation, we just simply didn't hear back from Frank Gordon. The post rental bill was excessive and unreasonable with $1100 for cleaning, $300 for a small cupboard repair, $350 for BBQ removal which btw if they have the courtesy to ask we would rather keep.
