Frank makes you feel really welcome and provides a haircut worth the price. No, he is not expensive. Frank offers you just good old fashioned service. Each time I get my haircut, I thoroughly enjoy the friendly banter between Frank and his customers as we each wait our turn for a great haircut. To add to the charm, the interior of his shop is early 70's and reflects 45 years of offering a good service to the local community. Frank really enjoys giving each customer a haircut and his clients repay this positive attitude by happily chatting with each other as they wait their turn. Great experience, great value for money!!!
