The coffee machine – a white Sanremo Opera – looks like something out of the Thunderbirds. The logo has been burned into the custom-finished wood front. It’s the centerpiece of this stylish café newcomer, as it should be – Frankie’s Beans Specialty Coffee Roasters are serious about coffee.

Perched on the side of The Elan the café makes good use of an oddly-shaped space. The well-lit barista and kitchen area is nicely framed using a white ceiling a row of spotlights. Frankie has to be one of the most genuine coffee providores in Sydney. His amazing skill with his magic beans boggles with every cup. We tried the revolutionary FAB process coffee and it's a must for any serious coffee nut. The food is just as delicious! Healthy, heaping plates are a huge winner with this foodie! Thanks for hosting us Frankie! Yum!

A specialty coffee cafe that serves up some delicious favorites. We were lucky enough to try a world first brewing method! Fabricated atmospheric brewing really was FAB and was enjoyed by coffee and non-coffee lovers. The brew was light and the flavours continually changed in your mouth and as the liquid cooled. It's worth a visit just to try the coffee and have the owner tell you about the innovative brewing methods. But be sure to try the food! The menu may look a little small but the food is perfectly executed. Our pick is the lamb jaffle slow roasted in house with Swiss cheese and tzatziki - delicious! There are also a range of brekkie options, sandwiches and salads. So if you are in the area drop by Frankie’s Beans for a coffee and a chat.
