Franklin Manor is located on Macquarie Harbour in the historic township of Strahan on the fringe of the Wild Rivers National Park. Franklin Manor is a Bed & Breakfast, originally built for the Harbour Master in 1896, with several room styles providing an exclusive wilderness retreat for travellers who can enjoy the many activities offered in Strahan.
Franklin Manor offers queen rooms with ensuite bathrooms; manor suites which feature a king sized bed and views from a window seat; and Manor Spa Suites with bath style spa. The property boasts of large sitting rooms with open fires and one providing access to a verandah overlooking gracious gardens shared with local birdlife.
Strahan provides opportunities to explore isolated rugged West Coast beaches, thundering surf, towering waterfalls, ancient rainforests and of course, the famous Gordon and Franklin Rivers.
