Wouldn't recommend to anyone, ever.
Coming from hospitality background I would never condone such lazy, rude, incompetent and just downright disgusting customer service.
We ordered a 14inch round chocolate mousse cake and paid the deposit on the $150 cake, we were contacted on the day we were to pick it up saying that they'd made a mistake, they'd made a square cake and it was going to cost $225, An extra $75 for their mistake!
When we went in to try and sort out the mess and told them we were reluctant to pay for their mistake, the owner refused to talk to us and instead sent a younger employee to tell us that we would have to pay for the stuff up, she was rude and disrespectful. If I could give them less than half a star I would. I don't take reviews lightly and am by no means a keyboard warrior, the owner will be hearing from me personally and soon.
Best bakery in Mornington! Bread and cakes. I am never disappointed with the quality of their products. If you are having special friends or family come for a meal or 'tea' and you don't have time to bake, trust this little hole-in-the-wall bakery to supply what you'll need. yum!
