Let me just start by saying that all staff I dealt with seem nice enough. They seem like they are trying, but I suspect their processes are broken and are somewhat under-staffed. Although, I often see a lot of staff that seem to be "busy" and ignoring you, particularly in the used cars section.

ABSOLUTELY APPAULING -As i type this they have 28% of thier reviews at 1 star, Learn from others mistakes. Its nearly a 30% chance they are going to stuff you around, rip you off or treat you the way any decent business never would!
I would not recommend anyone go to Frankston Toyota and would never have dealt with them if i had of had the common sense to read the patheic reviews they have.

I went to Frankston Toyota in December 2016 New car division with the intent of buying a new car and was treated to every dirty trick in the book and then some. Their policy is, get the sale, get the money, the customer does not matter
What upset me the most wasn't the lies, the 2 man tag team or the car that was no where near the car i enquired about, it was when i clearly told them what they had already known ( because someone offered me panadol ) i said " i will be back, i have to leave NOW as i am really unwell" there responce to this was 2 men blocking the main exit and a lady in front of me, all directing me into another room. Seeing no other way of getting out of there quickly (without an ambulance) i gave them the money they wanted so i could leave without a fight.
