Didn't listen to fellow cyclists and paid the price. Had a bike service with a new chain and cassette fitted in. They charged me $15 just to put the chain in, even though I bought the chain and cassette from them and had my bike serviced at the same time which included the chain lube. Seriously? $15 just to thread the chain onto a cassette? Good range of accessories (most of which you can get cheaper online), but expensive servicing.

The team at Fraser's are always helpful. Great range of bikes to suit all budgets. Having the toy store next door is great for the kids. If your in the market for a bike or a toy I strongly suggest this be one of your stops.

they have a good range of cycles but don't expect crash hot customer service. they made the whole experience of purchasing quite unexciting!
