I don't think I've ever tasted a better pizza. The dough is beyond incredible, fresh and light it leaves room for many many more slices. The had their mobile pizza oven at a friends party recently and it was such a hit, they were able to back their van and pizza oven into the backyard so we could watch the cooking in action. The guys were lovely and I could not recommend them more highly!!
I've been to the Fratelli Pulcinella stall when they have been to the Caringbah markets and I've tried the Pizza Fritta, the Panzerotto (the nutella one as well is amazing) and their dough is incredible! You have to try it to know what I mean, it's so good, does't taste all bready and doughy, it's very tasty! I haven't been to their new shop at Wynyard but my husband has gone their for lunch and keeps coming back because he loves the food. He's Italian as well so he's a huge food critic. This is seriously good italian food, plus there are heaps of options, not just the usual aussie-Italian spaghetti bolognese or pizza. It's reasonably priced as well.
