The worst customer service ever. I've been calling the office for the last two weeks to get someone out the house or call me back regarding add on cooling. No one gets back to you and all I get from the receptionist is that they are very busy and im on the priority line. I'm still waiting for a phone call and it's becoming a joke with the excuses they come up with every time I call... They have lost my business.
Another total waste of time. Staff came out to quote on a/c install. Spent an hour with me discussing options etc. Said they would email quote within 1-2 days. Never sent anything, despite me following up twice by phone and email. No response, nothing.
It sounds right. I've got a quote too. They are supposed to call us. I keep calling them. They say the installer is out of office. Of course they are always out: installing airconditioners. Most of the time no one answers the phone. No customer service. I will keep calling them all day every day just from principle.
