They say their prices are cheap. But they aren't. They are probably similar to woolworths / coles pricing, just more variety.

If you'd like to save some money travel to Fairfield CBD.

Freds One Stop Shopping is the best place to shop, their Quality and prices are fantastic.
so much cheaper than other fruit and veggie stores and Supermarkets, they also sell a lot of continental grocery and Deli products i cant seem to find elswere. And they are soon to open a liquore store.

I used to love shopping at freds one shop stop market. Everything was fresh from fruit to veggies. Deli was also clean. Prices were reasonable. I've noticed since the change of management everything has gone down hill. The fruit and veggies are disgusting and stale. The deli department there's little bugs flying everywhere. The price has gone up. Sometimes the bread is not even daily. The whole shops looks untidy now.

"Oh" Im surprised . I shop their every week for their inexpensive Fruit & Veg and have had no problems with the quality and their Deli is always packed. As far as i know the original management are still running the shop and i noticed they had just taken out the Local Business awards for Most Outstanding Fruit and Vegetable and Best business for 2014.... They must be doing something right!

Fred advertises as The One Stop Shop...and I would have to agree. Our meals and they way our family eats is fresh/healthy and it is great that Fred's is local for us! From Fruit and Vege, to Deli, to mini mart (including bulk frozen and dry grocery), to butcher and fish shop...I would also just go here to buy my 1.5L bottles of Alkalife as he sells them by the box for $23.99 and it works out heaps cheaper then Woolies by about 20-30cents per bottle. Every time I go, during the week or weekend they are always busy and it is nice that they are able to keep the lines moving with fast, friendly and efficient service.

Located on the corner of Smithfield Road and Edensor Road. Lots of parking in this new location. Prices are always the cheapest for fresh quality fruits and vegetables.
