We liked the contractor as a person and we hired him to tile our small toilet room. His tiling job and price was fine but we had a defect, our toilet window was broken during the process. We actually have photos from before and after and the window was not broken before the installation of the tiles.
We agreed on the phone that when he was next around in the area he would come and see the broken window. This was a year ago and despite following up numerous times it is obvious he has no intention of coming and feels no accountability for the damage he has caused.
