We are furnishing a new 4 bedroom home from top to bottom. Went to Freedom Furniture and started picking out items. The first item was a office desk - ticket said it was discounted to $385. Went to order over the phone and was told it was $499 as we need to buy a store membership at $99 to access that price. When I told the manager we were not aware and it is very misleading I was told"well most people talk to us and discuss prices" -Called head office spent over 45 minutes on hold and still did not speak to anyone. Sorry Freedom. Poor service and misleading advertising. Its not even the price thats the problem, its the way it was ticketed and handled with the manager. thousand of dollars worth of lost sales.. we will go elsewhere.
