From the first meeting with the salesman (Todd) to the final handover it was a great experience. Installing a in-ground pool can be very stressful but the team at Freedom were great at organizing everything and making it a stress free experience. The team did a fantastic job. The communication all through the installation process was superb. They were very professional throughout the whole process. I am very happy with the way the pool looks and the care that was taken throughout the installation was excellent.
when the guy came out to do the measure etc lied to us about them doing the hooking up if the electrics for the pool (lucky hubbies a sparky) he lied to us regarding the coping (found out after the fact of course and by that time the guy was no longer working there) pool installation went smooth but then they put the pump etc in wrong so it dosent fit in the housing and the cover now sticks out and pump etc not hidden the coping was put on terrible and not sealed underneath the waterfall leaks and the stone tiles on the waterfall aren't even gaps everywhere after repeated call some one came out wrote down stuff went away never to be heard of again then we had a letter saying that they wanted the final payment or they would take us to collections we said you need to fix the pool first ....they said they would send someone out to fix it......3 years later we are still waiting....
We spent 30k on a pool, the pool fibreglass has changed colour, we have ripples in the fibreglass, our pool is just over 2 yrs old. It looks like it's 15 yrs old, I gave Freedom Pools until last Thursday for a answer to our problems, absolutly nothing back from them! DO NOT SPEND MONEY WITH THEM!!! It's disgusting when you save for something that you have always wanted, and when you finally get it it's a BIG FAT LEMON!!!
