Freedom Pools

Excellent from start to finish. Professional and friendly, and good attention to detail. Love the finished result!

Overall our experience was excellent. From the first meeting at the office, to the onsite inspection for the formal quote. We are not metro so this made the job a little more difficult, however, Bruce and Kathy were exceptional at organising and following up. The people that dug the hole, the guys that installed (very precise about making sure the fit/shape was right), Acacia who cleaned the pool and the coping team were all fantastic. They made the process quite easy and relatively hassle free. Easy to get hold of them and great at returning calls/emails. The only downside of the whole experience was the temporary fencing contractors. I would recommend that you definitely use Freedom Pools but ask for a different fencing contractor (they used MAC Fence for us- see my separate review on them for details). We got the Pacific 9 pool and it's awesome!

Initial contact with Freedom Pools was ok, but after paying them in excess of $30,000 for a very small pool, the pool was out of shape. No one checked the work which for the money is very bad service. Really off putting attitudes from staff during half way into the process. No one cared or bothered to follow up (no after sales service). Now left with a substandard pool which doesn't justify the expense of the project. People we know used Summertime Pools and had excellent feedback. They did check their work after installation and they made sure they used methods to ensure the pool was the correct shape (Freedom did not). Go elsewhere if you want a result worth parting with your money!
