Had a horrible, horrible experience with this store. After previously visiting the store a day prior I was assured I could collect a mattress the next day. Arriving the next day with a friends trailer, I was then informed it would be at most a two week wait. Fast forward four weeks, and I am still sleeping on the dodgy couch I bought during my move from interstate. In addition the ridiculous 80 dollar fee for delivery from their collection centre in Oakleigh to my house literally 3 blocks away (as my friend in currently overseas) is overpriced.
I have ordered a number of items from this store over a period of 2 months. I have added to and changed the order a number of times ( embarassingly!) I am grateful to the staff are extremely helpful, polite and patient in spite of my changes.
Definitely recommen everyone here.
