Freedom

I love Freedom Stores, but this Freedom Store is on the small size and the range is not as good as the other metropolitan Freedom Stores. Considering the store is surrounded by a multitude of other furniture stores in the area, I would have expected more of a full range. I was looking for a particular curtain that Freedom normally stocks, however I was unable to find the curtain or a person to assist me. Overall a pretty disappointing experience.

The customer service by the management is the worst I have encountered in a long time. My first experience of them when ordering products a few months ago was that management was rude and sarcastic when I dared asked a question about a product, rolling the eyes and initiating I was stupid. The second incident management was again rude when I tried to raise an issue about a stained product I had just picked up, telling me bluntly they could not deal with it and ring customer service. I explained that I had tried to ring and was on hold for long periods of time before hanging up, was basically told to deal with it as they have to wait on hold for over an hour to Freedom too. We were served by a man called Cameron and he was absolutely brilliant. Helpful, informative, gave excellent advice and remembered my name! We didn't buy anything on this trip but we will be back because of his service. Perth needs more salesmen like him. Hope you're reading this Freedom bosses.
